Services Description

VeriTranslate provides professional translation services, including:

• Rush and expedited translation services

All translations are performed by professional, certified translators and include a signed Certificate of Accuracy.

Orders and Payment

Placing Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information about your translation needs. You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Uploaded documents are legible and complete
• Source and target languages are correctly specified
• Contact information is accurate for delivery

Pricing

Our standard pricing is $20 per page for certified translation. Additional fees may apply for:

• Rush or expedited delivery
• Notarization services
• Complex formatting or specialized documents
• Hard copy delivery via mail

Payment

Payment is required before translation work begins. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount.

Delivery

We strive to meet all delivery deadlines. Standard delivery is 24-48 hours for most documents. Delivery times begin when:

• Payment is confirmed
• All required documents are received
• Document specifications are clear

Completed translations are delivered via email as PDF files. Hard copy delivery is available for an additional fee.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that our certified translations will be:

• Accurate and complete
• Performed by certified professional translators
• Accompanied by a signed Certificate of Accuracy
• Accepted by USCIS for immigration purposes

If your translation is rejected by USCIS due to translation quality (not document issues), we will revise it at no charge or provide a full refund.

Revisions and Refunds

Revisions

We offer free revisions within 7 days of delivery for any errors in translation. Revisions for changes to the source document or additional requests may incur additional charges.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Translation is rejected by USCIS due to our error
• We are unable to complete the translation
• Order is cancelled before work begins

Refunds are not available for completed translations that meet our quality standards, changes of mind, or issues with the original document.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete documents for translation
• Ensure you have the right to submit documents for translation
• Not use our services for illegal purposes
• Review translations promptly and report any issues within 7 days
• Not reproduce or redistribute our translations without authorization

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original documents. Upon full payment, you own the translated documents. Our Certificate of Accuracy format, website content, and branding remain our intellectual property.

Confidentiality

We treat all documents and information you provide as confidential. Our translators are bound by non-disclosure agreements. We will not share your documents with unauthorized third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control
• We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate source documents

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
